Mainkco TAS-12MNS is 1.2-inch mSATA-III Solid State Disk with SLC NAND Flash. This series SSDs carry 256MB DDR which brings higher performance. It adapts controller with advanced flash-management algorithm that guarantee the data reliability and enhance the reliability and durability of SSD. The TAS-12MANS series can support optional secure erases function, and erase the data in flash and then program all to ‘0’ after triggering.
