Mainkco TAS-25SNM series is 2.5-inch SATA-III Solid State Disk with MLC NAND Flash. It carries 256MB DDR which brings higher performance. The TAS-25SNM series SSDs adapt Novachip industrial controller with advanced flash-management algorithm that guarantee the data reliability and enhance the reliability and durability of SSD. The TAS-25SNM supports integral power fail protection feature for industrial and military applications. It is very suitable for high-definition embedded system, video devices, and server and so on.
