Mainkco TAS-25PNS Series SSD is 2.5-inch PATA SLC NAND Solid-state-drive (SSD), which adapts Novachips NVS3600A industrial controller. The SSD provide really long-term stability and reliability. Besides it supports integral power-loss protection based on the unique technology of ultra-big 3F capacitors. The TAS-25PNS has great performance, which is suitable for all kind of industrial and embedded applications. It can support fast secure erase function, and have a long-term supply.
