Mainkco TAS-25SSS series is 2.5-inch SATA Solid State Disk with SLC NAND Flash in a extended temperature -55℃ ~ + 95℃. It carries 256MB DDR which brings higher performance. The TAS-25SSS series SSDs adapt industrial controller with advanced flash-management algorithm that guarantee the data reliability and enhance the reliability and durability of SSD. The TAS-25SSS supports integral power fail protection feature for industrial and military applications. It is designed and suitable for the most unique extended temperature range harsh industrial & defense applications.
